Founded by Kristin Bannerman in 1998, long term Darwin conveyancing business, All Conveyancing, has merged with leading conveyancing law firm, lawlab. Conveyancing remains the heart of what we do, but rebranded All Conveyancing is not just all conveyancing. We now provide the full complement of NT conveyancing and property law services from our office in Parap, backed by our national team of solicitors and conveyancers. Our Team

Long term Darwin resident Kristin Bannerman, the founder of All Conveyancing, has been conveying the Northern Territory since 1981 and is our NT Conveyancing Manager. She leads our local conveyancing and property team that has combined total of more than 53 years’ experience in the industry.

From our Parap office our Legal Advisor Ruxandra Gregory is managing NT property transactions. Ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality service at all times. Whether acting for a first home buyer, a government department or a corporate property developer the All Conveyancing team delivers results to suit each client.

Backing All Conveyancing is lawlab, a national conveyancing and property law firm whose current team is led by experienced solicitors Ian Perkins, Richard Bootle and Richie Muir.
